An Engineering Graduate who has used his rich professional experiences at various high level positions such as a profit center head, joint managing director and others where he has contributed extensively to the operations, planning, and implementation of large-scale engineering projects. He has done extensively training programme for industry sector like Construction, Manufacturing, Garment and Retailing


Experience & Achievements at BCIC from 2005

Played primary role in Membership Drive and supporting the activities of the all the Expert Committees of the Chamber such as, Agro & Food Processing, Aerospace & Aviation, Direct Taxes, Banking, Finance & Corporate Affairs, Economic Affairs, ESDM, Energy, Environment & Water, HR, Urban Development & Infrastructure, Manufacturing, ICT & 3i, Indirect Taxes, State Taxes, Pharma, Tourism, Women Leadership & Empowerment,

Represented the Chamber for the study tour to Germany during September 2018 to understand the role of Government Agencies, Industries and Chambers in Skill development training, organized by The Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Government of Germany in collaboration with Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India.


o  Officiating as Secretary General and ensured the smooth functioning of the Secretariat.

o  Validating the financial transaction of the Chamber;

o  Ensuring implementation and execution of decisions taken by all Expert Committees

o  Complete responsibility for organizing Conference / Workshop, Golf Tournament; is also Master of Ceremony for all the events

o  Mobilizing sponsorships

o  Represent BCIC in various working committees of Government of Karnataka - Labour Welfare Board; Tourism Department Skill Development (DET); Industries and Commerce

  • Single point of contact for coordinating with the Central Government, State Government forIndustry and Training Institute with respect to up-gradation of Industrial Training Institute in the State of Karnataka
  • Skilling/Modular Employable Skills an initiative under Skill Development Program of Government of India in the State of Karnataka
  • National Skill Development Corporation, New Delhi in setting up the Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council in the country jointly SIATI and HAL
  • Played pivotal role in getting BCIC awarded the “GOLD Accreditation” Grade by National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET) under Quality Council of India. This scheme was developed in association with Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), GoI& GIZ (German Development Corporation) and is aligned to international best practices for Industry Associations / Business Membership Organizations. BCIC is the only Chamber of Commerce in Karnataka which operates at a State level to get the Gold Accreditation
  • Management of the visiting high profile international delegations and partnerships from Foreign Embassies, Consulates and Trade Missions

Successful completion of assessment of 880 Candidates in various States on vocational skill training programmes in different Sectors/Modules under the Director General of Employment and Training in the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), GoI
